These are my notes from 3rd lecture of discrete mathematics course taught at Arsdigita university by Shai Simonson. Other posts relating to this are here.
This lecture introduces the Set theory and how it relates to Logic. It shows how most of the things in Set theory can be proved using the laws relating to AND, OR that we learned in logic. Shai also discusses two nice tricks to do counting that has something to do with sets.
